All information, descriptions, photographs and representations provided in our listings are made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

Item Condition

Trading cards are collectible items and may have manufacturing imperfections, print defects, centering variations, surface marks or other characteristics that can occur during production. Unless specifically stated, no card is represented as being gem mint or guaranteed to receive any particular grading result.

Please carefully review all photographs and listing descriptions before purchasing. Photographs form an important part of the item's description.

Authenticity

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that items offered for sale are authentic and accurately represented. Any known alterations, damage, trimming, restoration or other material issues will be disclosed where identified.

Grading

Any reference to PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or other grading companies refers solely to the grading status of the card where applicable. We do not guarantee future grading results for raw or previously ungraded cards.

Listing Errors

While we take care to ensure listings are accurate, occasional typographical, photographic, pricing or descriptive errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors or cancel an affected transaction where appropriate.

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing an item, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the listing, photographs, description, condition and applicable terms and have satisfied themselves that the item meets their expectations.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
